Mailcoms & Their Franking Machines
Mailcoms began way back in 2005 from a converted garage in a family home in Cannock, Staffordshire. Over the years, this industry has been dominated by a few manufacturers, and Mailcoms came into the market to offer businesses more choice when buying a franking machine.
The director spent years listening to customers, and had an idea of offering low cost franking machines, without the need of using sales people. This unique idea used modern technology to market products and spread the word. This has then helped Mailcoms become what they are today. One of the largest independent franking machine suppliers in the UK.
Since Mailcoms set up, they have gained many accolades and awards as a mark of their success. In 2008, they were awarded Royal Mail Authorisation to Maintain and Inspect all franking machines in the UK. You can find Mailcoms listed on the Royal Mail website for “Authorised Inspector and Maintainers”.
Mailcoms have also gained Royal Mail Approval to sell their very own brand of franking machine ink, all of which are compatible in all franking machines. More recently, Mailcoms have been awarded the “Most Loved” franking machine company in the UK for the previous 3 years, and they are still growing.
Today, Mailcoms are still a family run business, and they now own a office based facility in Cannock, Staffordshire. They receive over one million pound turnover every year and currently employ just under 20 members of staff.
